NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT HEARING
A public comment hearing in the above-entitled matter is scheduled for Monday, August 31, 2026 at 6:00 p.m., at the Princess Anne Library, 11767 Beechwood Street, Princess Anne, Maryland 21853, concerning Old Princess Anne Community Energy Initiative LLC’s application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (“CPCN”) from the Maryland Public Service Commission (the “Commission”), located at 10410 Old Princess Anne Road in Somerset County, Maryland.
The hearing will begin with a presentation by the Applicant followed by a presentation by the Department of Natural Resources, Power Plant Research Program (“PPRP”) of its recommendations with respect to the Project; and the Technical Staff of the Public Service Commission of Maryland (“Staff”) as to its recommendations regarding the Project.
